I grew up in Innisfail and am mother of 2 daughters and Nana of 4 grandchildren. My life long love of spirit began when I was just 6 years old. I was questioning my existence and looking to the universe for answers. My self-healing began when I was in my early 40’s. I had been suffering from depression for several years and had decided that I wanted to help myself without the use of prescribed drugs, which didn’t appear to be working. My determination, coupled with spirit, guided me to Reiki. I became a Reiki Master to assist in eliminating the medication I was on and then discovered that I could indeed heal myself. It was around the same time that I discovered the ION Cleanse Detox Foot-bath and started to incorporate them into my health routine. This an excellent, non invasive way to detox the body, thus promoting better health. In my early 50’s I was guided to my Clear Quartz Singing Bowls. It was at this time that I was inspired to start using the bowls during my Reiki sessions and so began the sound therapy sessions or sound baths as they are alternatively referred to. The sound frequencies emitted from the bowls assist in removing blockages on an energetic level. I incorporate the use of these beautiful bowls along with Reiki energy and ION Detox Foot-baths. They have assisted many on their own spiritual journeys and I feel honored to facilitate. I now hold sacred space and practice in Innisfail.

Dr. Sarah Lischer graduated with a Diploma in Acupuncture from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2016. Studies included: Acupuncture, Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Internal/External Medicine, Materia Medica (Chinese Herbs ) Gynecology, Pharmacology, Western medicine, Tuina (Chinese Massage), Cupping Therapy, Reflexology, Moxabustion, Clean Needle Technique and Safe Needling.

Dr. Sarah Lischer grew up in Innisfail AB, finished school and then attending Marvel College Of Hair Design in Red Deer AB. She is also a proud mother of 2 children, Sidney and Simon.

After 25 years of Hairstyling she went on to pursue interests in Energy Healing, Sound Therapy and completed a Reiki Masters Level. Recently studied Vibrational Acupuncture using Sound, Frequency and Tuning Forks to amplify your Acupuncture experience.
